    Key Responsibilities:
    • Project Management: Oversee all aspects of water mitigation projects, from initial assessment to completion, ensuring timely and quality delivery of services.
    • Team Leadership: Manage and train field technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
    • Customer Interaction: Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all needs are met and concerns addressed.
    • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all work follows IICRC standards and proper safety protocols. Complete necessary paperwork, job notes, and documentation for insurance claims, under DASH, MICA, and other industry softwares.
    • Equipment & Resource Management: Maintain and manage water mitigation equipment, ensuring it's properly maintained and available for use.
    • Quality Control: Conduct site inspections and ensure high-quality work, following up on any issues that arise during or after the project.
    • Budgeting & Job Costing: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and manage resources efficiently to ensure profitability on each project.
    • Emergency Response: Be available for emergency response services as needed, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the office team, insurance adjusters, and other key partners to ensure smooth operations and successful project completion.
    • Reporting to the General Manager. Job Qualifications:
      • Proven experience in water mitigation/restoration or related field.
      • IICRC certification (WRT, ASD) or ability to obtain certifications.
      • Strong leadership and management skills with a focus on teamwork and accountability.
      • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced, emergency response environment.
      • Knowledge of insurance claims processes
      • Demonstrates integrity and honesty at all times.
      • Able to use CRM software (DASH) for job records.
      • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
      • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
        Experience / Physical Requirements:
        --- IICRC Certifications preferred
        --- 5 Years Experience as Mitigation Supervisor or Mitigation/Remediation Field Supervisor
        --- Basic general construction experience desired
        --- Ability to perform each task wearing all required PPE equipment.

        Compensation: $60,000.00 per year
