Job Description:
A company is looking for a Hardware Support Specialist to
provide support for hardware-related incidents and manage inventory
for U.S. Headquarters users.
Key Responsibilities
Fulfill hardware incident requests by picking, shipping, and
ensuring timely delivery of hardware
Maintain and monitor inventory levels, conducting regular
reconciliation to align records with physical stock
Apply firmware configurations and updates to hardware, and support
break/fix operations to troubleshoot and repair hardware issues
Required Qualifications
Ability to lift 25+ lbs. and move pallets
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a flexible
environment
Familiarity with inventory systems for tracking and managing
hardware supplies
Positive attitude and proactive approach to tasks
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong
organizational skills
