Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor 2 -
Bi-lingual Spanish Preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Process FHA, VA, Conventional, and Jumbo loans while ensuring
compliance with documentation requirements
Communicate effectively with borrowers, loan officers, and internal
partners to manage loan files and meet closing deadlines
Organize and validate loan documents, maintaining a timely and
compliant workflow for the loan pipeline
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
Minimum of 1 year of experience in residential mortgage processing
or related mortgage operations roles
Bi-lingual Spanish preferred
Current knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and Jumbo loan
programs
Ability to analyze income and tax forms accurately and calculate
income for various borrowers
