    What we're looking for:
    We seek a highly organized and forward-thinking Uniform Program Coordinator to manage the inventory, uniform program standards, and distribution of uniforms. Responsibilities include inventory management, cost calculation, order placement, and working on-site with property management teams to uphold uniform program consistency. The ideal candidate will be motivated to create a polished, consistent, and structured experience across all 20+ locations, ensuring all team members adhere to standards and feel inspired to represent their location professionally.
    What you'll do:
    Procurement and Inventory Management
    • Maintain vendor relationships for reliable supply chains and timely delivery.
    • Coordinate orders for uniforms with management approval.
    • Prepare cost analyses and budgets for current and new products.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits of pricing and inventory control.
    • Source and negotiate with suppliers for high-quality, competitively priced uniforms.Quality Assurance
      • Ensure all uniforms meet MML quality standards.
      • Address issues with suppliers regarding defective products.
      • Collaborate with manufacturers to improve product quality and manage non-compliance matters.Collaboration and Communication
        • Partner with the design team to develop merchandise product plans.
        • Collaborate with production, supply chain, and marketing teams for merchandise product launches and strategies.
        • Maintain weekly communication on inbound orders for swift distribution.Reporting and Analysis
          • Analyze product performance monthly and present findings.
          • Use data to create strategies for future product assortments.
          • Research and assess the competitive landscape for market opportunities.
          • Track SKU-level sales, inventory, and orders.Budget Management
            • Monitor invoices and ensure expenditures remain within budget.
            • Create pricing structures that uphold target margins.Training and Support
              • Train location managers on uniform policies and procedures and consistency of uniform standards.
              • Assist in rolling out new uniform programs and merchandise lines.
              • Audit merchandise returns and handle customer service issues.
              • Maintain all property uniform and retail program documents.Design and Development
                • Lead design mock-ups and attend fittings to ensure standards are met.
                • Collaborate with the Creative Team on product strategies.
                • Update digital decks and manage design samples.
                • Ensure all deadlines are met according to the production calendar.Requirements:What you'll need:
                  • Preferred: Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
                  • Preferred Qualification: Certification in procurement or supply chain management.
                  • Proficiency in inventory management software, Shopify, Google Suite, Slack, and Adobe.
                  • Proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
                  • Proven experience in inventory management, procurement, or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
                  • Preferred experience in retail merchandising and styling.
                  • Strong negotiation and management skills.
                  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
                  • Forward-thinking and innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00
