Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Case
Management for a travel nursing job in Round Rock, Texas. Job
Description & Requirements
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Location: Cornerstone Hospital, Texas
Facility Setting: Long-Term Acute Care
Guaranteed Hours: Full-time (Exact number not specified, but
typically 40 hrs/week)
Contract Length: 91 days (13 weeks)

Coordinates patient care to ensure optimal outcomes and resource
use
Supports care planning, assessment, implementation, and
evaluation
Focuses on quality, satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness
Integrates case management, utilization review, discharge
planning
Acts as a patient advocate ensuring holistic care and resource
access
📌 Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of recent RN Case Management experience
Experience in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting required
Active Texas RN License (must be attached to resume) About
