What We Are Looking For The Associate Director/Director of Resource Development serves in the Division of Athletics and reports to the Associate Athletic Director of the Bear Foundation. The position will be part of the Leadership Annual Giving Team of the Bear Foundation and serve as a gift officer with a primary focus on new annual gifts of $10,000 - $49,999 and increasing current gifts. Additionally, this position is responsible for assisting with Bear Foundation annual fund operations, to include: day-to-day ticket/membership operations, event assistance, customer service, premium seating, stewardship, sport-specific fundraising, and financial reporting. The is the primary fundraising organization for and supports 500 plus student-athletes across all 19 intercollegiate sports. Our mission is to provide scholarship funds for Baylor's student-athletes and to support and promote the interest and welfare of Baylor Athletics. The generosity of our Bear Foundation members helps offset the high cost of scholarships for Baylor student-athletes, along with many other costs associated with running an elite athletic program. Education and Experience Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree and 3 or more years of experience is required.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
  • Relationship building.

  • Donor discovery, qualification, and solicitation strategies.
  • Annual fund operations.
  • Premium seating.
  • Microsoft Excel, Paciolan ticket systems, and Salesforce experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a team setting. What You Will Do Resource Development
    • Assist with the planning and execution of the Bear Foundation's leadership annual giving program and is accountable for meeting or exceeding departmental and personal fundraising metrics. Primary focus will be on annual gifts of $10,000 - $49,999. Customer Service and Retention
      • Assist with customer service and retention efforts cultivating annual fund giving. Operational

          • Maintain working knowledge of and adherence to all NCAA, Big 12 Conference, and institution rules and regulations and to communicate immediately any possible infractions of such rules and regulations to the Athletics Compliance staff. Other Duties
            • Other program duties as requested by the Director of Athletics or the area head.
            • Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission.
