As a member, you will work with experienced engineers charged with defining, building, and supporting the infrastructure, tools, and processes that enable our organization to operate reliably at scale. You will play a key role in implementing our service and infrastructure strategies, with a special focus on AI and ML initiatives.Responsibilities

  • Platform Infrastructure: Implement new technologies to support the needs of the organization. Improve and support existing infrastructure and services to meet current and future demands.
  • Analytics and Telemetry: Develop and maintain analytics and telemetry solutions.
  • AI/ML Integration: Work with software teams to further development and implementation of AI/ML infrastructure and services.
  • Collaboration: Build productive relationships with internal customers and within our team, by sharing knowledge, and championing the adoption and usage of our core services and technologies.
  • Cost Efficiency: Identify waste in spending and reduce operating costs in our hybrid infrastructure.
  • Automation: Enhance team productivity by identifying opportunities to automate and eliminate waste in new and existing processes.
  • Support and Incident Response: Participate in follow the sun on-call rotations to ensure the availability and reliability of our platform.Skills You Will Need:
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent training and experience.
    • Experience: 5+ years in software development, DevOps, or a related field.
    • Public Cloud Platforms: Experience working with public cloud providers like GCP, AWS or Azure.
    • Infrastructure as Code: Skilled with standard configuration/infrastructure as code tools (preferably terraform, ansible, packer).
    • CI/CD Tooling: Proficient in working with common automation platforms such as Jenkins and Github Actions.
    • Programming Languages: Skilled with at least one language (preferably Go, Python, or Java).
    • System Administration: Expertise with Linux, Windows, and MacOS system administration.
    • Scripting: Proficiency in shell and PowerShell scripting.
    • Container Technologies: Experience administering container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes and Nomad. Proficient working with container image tooling.
    • Networking: Strong networking fundamentals including switching, routing, DNS, and common tooling needed for triage of layer 2 and 3 issues.
    • AI/ML Experience: Experience managing and developing on-prem and or cloud LLM infrastructure.Benefits & PerksYou can look forward to the following benefits:

Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location where work will be performed and applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
