In this role, you will lead and oversee the design, analysis, and execution of marine structural engineering projects. You will work on a variety of projects including coastal defenses, marine infrastructure, and offshore structures, ensuring they meet safety, performance, and regulatory standards. Marine Senior Structural Engineer Responsibilities

• Lead the design and analysis of marine structural systems, including breakwaters, piers, wharves, docks, and offshore platforms.
• Perform complex structural analysis and design calculations using industry-standard software and methodologies.
• Oversee the preparation and review of technical reports, design documents, and construction drawings.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Conduct site assessments and inspections to evaluate structural performance and identify potential issues.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations, including local and international guidelines.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and technical staff.
• Contribute to the development of project proposals, including scope, cost estimates, and technical solutions. Marine Senior Structural Engineer Position Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering from an accredited college or university
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software is a plus. (e.g., STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, Tekla, AutoCAD).
